September 24, 2025 - M.T.H. Electric Trains will be releasing the 2026 RailKing O Scale Lighted Billboards in FIVE different schemes next Spring. The billboards will be available in extremely limited quantities and are expected to begin shipping to M.T.H. Authorized Retailers in March 2026.

ABOUT THE RAILKING SCALE LIGHTED BILLBOARD

The fully assembled lighted billboard is premounted on a base for easy placement anywhere on the layout. For those looking for a more prototypical look, the base can be quickly removed, and the billboard legs can be easily inserted into soft styrofoam ground cover for a more realistic appearance.

The three overhead lamps cast a soft glow on the bright and realistic-looking graphics, which are sure to make any layout's dark scenes really pop. The lamps are powered by any AC or DC model railroad power supply, including the M.T.H. family of transformers using their accessory ports.

M.T.H. offers a variety of O scale buildings that will help you create whatever kind of model railroad world you desire; rural or urban, nostalgic or modern. Fully assembled and ready-to-use, M.T.H. accessories will transform your layout into a world of action in just minutes.

Electric Trains will be releasing more than two dozen limited-edition RailKing O Gauge Halloween releases beginning this Fall including an ES44 Diesel locomotive and matching caboose, an Alco PA with matching streamlined passenger cars, a Galloping Goose with LED lights, a Bump-n-Go Trolley and more than a dozen complementing pieces of rolling stock. The Halloween-themed items continue a trend M.T.H. began back in 2008 and these 2025 releases are a great way to add to your own spooky collection of past cars, sets and buildings. Each of these offerings is expected to begin shipping to M.T.H. Authorized Retailers in August 2025.
